Contract extension with LAR

We are delighted to have extended our contracted services with LAR Housing Trust. Our relationship with LAR began in 2018 and we have grown together ever since, building on the trust and partnership each step of the way.

LAR are award winning!! having over 770 occupied homes across Scotland throughout 10 local authorities with a further c.a. 500 properties either under construction or in planning.

Our ongoing services include preventative planned maintenance across the LAR commercial estate, Statutory maintenance across their residential estate including Gas Inspection, EICRs, Water Risk Assessments and Portable Appliance Testing. Furthermore we continue to deliver full reactive attendance across all disciplines 24hours a day 7 days a week!
